I've unfortunately been unable to get access to the net recently. This of course resulted in quite a backlog of messages which I'm now going to sift through. Still, things should be back to normal now. Sadly, I was in a pretty decent art-block all week, so I don't have a lot of art I'm really happy with. (got plenty of coding done though)
I'd also like to take this opportunity to get something off my chest.
I feel like that Amy animation seems to have completely backfired on me. I was expecting plenty of rage comments (and lots of people who took it in good humour, some even pretended there was a secret ending, which I honestly thought was awesome). However I got a mass of comments asking me to make it a proper animation instead (well, along side rage comments), the exact sort of reason I made the animation as a joke in the first place. (Of course, that may have just been an April fools joke of it's own, I doubt it though).
I want to take this opportunity to say that I'm not ever going to make a full Amy animation. The main reason being that I fear the mods will see it and remove it for (technically) breaking the terms of service (By the way, no, I can't just say she's older or make her look older, it's been tried and it doesn't work). I'm surprised the joke animation hasn't been blammed yet. The other reason being that I just don't care that much about Amy Rose in general. It was done as a joke, and that's the way it's staying.
That's not to say I wont use elements of that animation elsewhere. The grid system was surprisingly popular and it DOES have a system that prevents random speech from being repeated while still being reasonably random.
